Two hours into the service they ran out of hair and had me walk to the beauty supply store in the same parking lot in which I don't understand how they ran out of hair when the beauty supply store is in the same parking lot and why they had the client walking to get hair when I'm the customer. I also don't understand why she just couldn't inform me from the start that they were running out of hair as I could've went to the beauty supply store before she started to get the color I wanted initially. Overall my hair looks nice but I am concerned about how long they will last as the lady who braided my hair braided my hair up to 6 rotations before adding additional hair. I'm not a braided but I don't think that's normal. I've had other braiders add hair after the first rotation. I'll be back in 4 weeks to provide an update.
