They reminded me that great customer service and genuinely good people still exist! I chose the baby shower package, which included decorations, and let me tell you--the decor was stunning! Everything was thoughtfully arranged and looked gorgeous. The venue provides tables and chairs, a food table, a refrigerator, and a microwave. They also had little things you didn't think you needed. (Ice, wire racks, garbage bags ect) There are also two separate bathrooms, a spacious layout, great lighting, a speaker system, and even a separate sitting area. I took on a lot of responsibility for my event--cooking, baking, making a balloon arch, and more. The week of the event, the owner surprised me by gifting me the balloon arch, and it was such a blessing! I almost cried because it took such a huge load off my plate. That level of kindness and generosity is rare, and it meant so much to me. You can tell the owners truly care about their venue and their guests. They're not just out to nickel and dime you--they want you to have a great experience. I had such a wonderful time, and I would definitely book here again!

In 2020, I had to postpone my wedding due to covid and Stacy was very understanding and accommodating with the rescheduling. Using passion events & design saved me a lot of planning time since I rented all of my centerpieces, linens, & other reception & ceremony decor, my buffet chaffing pans, serving utensils, plates, cups, silverware, chargers, napkins, ceremony signs, card box and so much more! Her and her amazing team did all of my decorating, set up, break down, and clean up for me ensuring I got back my entire security deposit from my venue! Supposedly it was someone's birthday so that caused the delay which shouldn't have been a factor because I spent money along with wasted time. To false advertise & have vendors that didn't play a factor into the event was wasteful. No one could announce that the food vendors weren't showing up mind you this was a "pre" 4/20 event. My high was blown by someone's drunk uncle that ruined the experience I tried to enjoy by being loud & belligerent all in my personal space. everyone seen him act a fool but couldn't tell him to leave the building he gave creep vibes to the point a friend of a vendor told me to be safe leaving the event. I reached out to Kathleen Danials explained everything hoping to receive a refund the only thing I was offered was to come to another event & NO REFUND!
