Therefor, when I heard about new music school opened in Dania, FL I did not think much about it. I only went to check it out because they spoke to kids in Russian and my friend was supper excited about Ms. Sveta -- the teacher and director. After the trial class my daugther was asking me to come back, which we now do for few months. My daugther loves Vocal Art Miami, music and dancing the way I never had. Maybe if I met Ms. Sveta and other wonderful unstructured at the Vocal Art Miami studio I would also loved to perform as much as she does. I appreciate that they regularly remind you it's totally okay to use light weights, no weights, or modify when needed. As someone still pretty new to Pilates, that makes a big difference. I've been taking the Hot Pilates Sculpt classes, and they are no joke. Emily is amazing, and Stacy was great too. I loved the affirmation cards Stacy handed out at the beginning of class. The playlists are always good, the energy is motivating, and the cues actually make sense. They explain things in a way that helps you understand not just what to do, but how to improve your form. These classes absolutely kick my ass. There's still a lot I can't do, and I leave feeling completely dead after every class. I guess that just means I need to keep going back!
