Turns out Ryan is also a trainer and a genuinely great guy. Ryan is very knowledgable and personable as well as very encouraging, and he is always smiling - except when it is his turn to lift lol. Margate Barbell is primarily a powerlifting gym, and Ryan is always around to make sure you are using correct technique to avoid injury. If you prefer circuit training Ryan's got plenty of tricks up his sleeves to keep your heart pumping. It's a smaller gym, but boasts a great atmosphere and great people.
