I can't say enough about the whole staff at the Fort Smith location, I went in their with high hopes to trade a car in I bought at JDbyrider that I was gouged for 5 times the price. They went the extra 5 miles to get me out of my horrible mistake and into a sweet Mercedes Benz for a fraction of the cost. Then they put the icing on the cake and gave me a 100,000 mile 48 month warranty even though the vehicle warranty was already expired for only a $100 dollar deposit, and a free oil change. We have been buying our autos at Rath when it was Putnam Lincoln Mercury. This dates to early 90s. Have yet to find any place with better service for both vehicle and person.
