I recommended Mobile RV Service as I had seen them make other calls on our road. They contacted Bryan at 8 am and his wife took the call. Throughout the day, his wife kept them informed on the maintenance call process. The last call, she said he'd be there in 30 minutes and he arrived right on time! He had the air conditioner problem diagnosed in 15 minutes! Within 25 minutes of arriving, he had an estimate for a new one turnkey installed. The air conditioner was installed within an hour and the trailer is currently cooling down! I can't say enough good about this service! Bryan is professional, extremely knowledgeable, conscientious, punctual, and personable! I would highly recommend him for your RV repair needs!

I've dealt with a lot of repair services in my day and all I can say is these people are the best. Honest dependable and quick. Had a problem with our camper called Brian explained the problem he told me it was probably one of two things. Tried the first didn't work. He showed up a couple hours later went right to the problem (didn't spend two hours hunting) fixed it and we were back in business. I honestly can't say enough about how good these guys are. He showed up Saturday afternoon (after the owner texted me several times to ask if the tech had showed up. He had not until later. No contact to inform me when he would arrive. Trust? Seemed to be an awesome RV tech - tech wise. Paid via check. As Todd left and after 10 minutes, Todd called to see if he brought my check back - could he get cash? I went out of my way to go to an ATM on a Saturday to replace the check with $914.00 in cash. I must say I had my doubts about this - but on faith, I gave him $900.00. He stated he would order the parts. We left for our scheduled trip in the motorhome on April 26 - Memorial Day weekend. While on the trip Todd called and the remainder of the parts were in. He requested, when we return home - give him about a week and he would return to complete the maintenance. Selected a day and general time - no show and no communication. Through the month of June and into July 14, two more times were scheduled - all no shows and no communication. Tuesday, July 14 was the last straw. I offered I would accept them shipping the parts to me (since I had paid for them in advance). No help. I also requested they refund my advance payment (and they had the parts). No help. This is unacceptable business practices by any business measure. And a complete failure on business communications. I am credentialed to state this as I am a recent 25 year university school of business faculty member and a former CEO of a sizeable Tech/Hi-Tech Human Resource Consulting firm. I built my business career and model on honesty, integrity, passion and compassion. I cannot say this about this business. Now heading on another route to complete this maintenance. I do not recommend On-Site Mobile RV Repair or King RV Repair.

The repairman said, " no problem I will order this part and have you on your way in a day or two. Well he never came back. I called and he said he forgot to order the part . Levi, put up with my long frequent phone calls, politely (with a good understanding attitude), answered all my questions. When he didn't Daryl, did the same. I told them in the beginning when they said they would probably(unless part needed ordering), be able to get Buttercup in & out the same day-to-day - to take their time. I use oxygen, my friends paid for half my bill, I was allowed to take some of their pens, I will be going back to get cards to pass out to everyone I can. Buttercup is acting like she just blossomed!!! LADIES, YOU CAN TRUST LEVI NOT TO RIP YOU OFF!!! Plus he guarantees his work, & due to my health, when I asked if I can drop in for fluid & air in my tire ck, Levi, was polite enough to say yes. We are a disabled couple and don't know a lot about cars. my mother paid for a starter repair, and…read morethen after the repair he told my mom the car was not worth repairing anymore. so he charged her money for a non fixable car and took her money knowing that it was for nothing. we are now destitute because the car lasted like a week before stopping working again. walker said we must pay for another diagnostic for his botched repair. Find auto care elsewhere as walker is out to screw you over especially if you're vulnerable.

After we couldn't even get the local Ford Dealer to answer the phone or return a voicemail, we called Walkers. They picked up our car the first day, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had the parts in at 8am the next morning. The car was fixed by 9am and we were back on the road by 10. This is an awesome family run business that cares. I highly recommend!
