He and his team performed the work today and were polite and professional. They also made sure to keep my lawn clean and placed all the grass back from the digging. We needed our very large back yard completely gutted with some…read moreconcrete and stumps removed and resodded...we also got a rock garden thing around the perimeter of the fence to the keep the pups from messing around back there. All within 10 days we had Jesus come by to scope the project, got an estimate, scheduled the work and now it's all complete! Jesus was incredibly helpful and very kind, and Noe the onsite project manager was awesome. Both of them were also super responsive! The guys were on time and they even came back by in the evening unscheduled to finish a piece we hadn't originally scoped. Highly recommend! Tried to get on their schedule (needed to be done by the manager) to get lawn aerated (the price was right). Manager has been "in the field" for the last three days. Tried 2-3 times to get the manager, but alas, no such luck. As a result, we will take our business elsewhere. Seems like they do not have time for customers... Received a call from John with the Heroes Lawn Care (Southlake) who saw my original review ,and he was willing and happy to make things right, even though my review was intended for the North Central Dallas branch, and our residence was outside of his service area (not by much). John honored the price and his technician came out the next business day to do the service. He did a great job and he even power blowered all the soil cores off of the driveway, which he stated is something they do for all of their aeration customers. He offered advice as to the next step for our front yard bare patch. John followed up with a call after the service was completed. We appreciate going the extra mile for us, John.
