When he had his first appointment with her years ago, she noticed his difficulty with walking, and said that she has patients older than him who walk better. What a cruel thing to say! I called for an appointment yesterday, and she was willing to come into the office early to address a respiratory illness that hasn't been clearing up. She was very kind, intuitive, and agreed that an aggressive treatment plan was the best thing for me. I was able to get my exam, chest x-ray, breathing treatment, steroid shots, and lab work done in the same building within an hour. You don't see that much in a healthcare setting anymore. The office staff was also friendly and efficient. Highly recommended!

I found it to be especially refreshing, and it was nice to hear him "teaching" the students, as it kind of reconfirmed I heard/understood correctly. His staff is very professional, yet still very warm and friendly. Records are kept via computer with a network throughout the office - I have often thought this is how all offices should be, but this one actually is! They were also very considerate of my time - which I really appreciated. I have been thinking about switching my primary care physician for a while and I am so glad I found such a great fit. One of them even went so far as to tell me that I could no longer be a patient there because she messed up an appointment time. Receptionists are the reason I left the practice. I've never dealt with such a nasty staff. I can only imagine how many clients they have driven away. Hopefully their petty antics haven't killed any of their elderly patients yet!
