They added a spicket by the cement patio within the walkway , summarized and did other things according to Shelly ( repaired something that was damaged by the Hoa when they pulled out 25 years bushes ). None of which was requested or approved. After numerous calls to Systems Design with NO RETURN CALL from Jamie who is the person in charge.
