I'm not sure this is a ligitamate company. Several years ago I called to have some spickets removed and a few added. My irrigation was already summarized. They came into the Community without authorization. They added a spicket by the cement patio within the walkway , summarized and did other things according to Shelly ( repaired something that was damaged by the Hoa when they pulled out 25 years bushes ). None of which was requested or approved. After numerous calls to Systems Design with NO RETURN CALL from Jamie who is the person in charge. They continue to send a bill with an outrageous interest charge. Who does this. I was not home to direct them on what needed to be done. Seriously. This is unexceptable . read more
