Then when he was running the snake, the minute he ran into the clog, he stopped the snake and said I would have to replace all the pipe due to excessive grease. Packed up his stuff and left. Zoom Drain was quick to set up an appointment and the service technicians who came out were very friendly. Asked us questions to get a better idea of the issue.
