They installed a new service to my house from the street in an extremely challenging situation involving a distance of more than 100 ft, uphill, around the sewer line, and under a concrete pad. They repaired a leaking service entrance to our church, saving thousands. They repaired a cracked connection from a 100 year old 3/4 steel pipe coming from the street to the meter without breaking the pipe, which would have required digging up the yard for a new service. And they are consistently the most reasonably priced. They are always courteous, prompt and capable. (these are four separate properties)

Needless to say I wasn't thrilled nor did I have very high hopes for our water heater to be replaced. Well, my assumptions were correct. Next thing I know I'm being told I will be on the hook for an extra $1200 for a bunch of unrelated BS they couldn't even properly explain. Zoom Drain was quick to set up an appointment and the service technicians who came out were very friendly. Asked us questions to get a better idea of the issue. It turned out to be extreme rust buildup, which makes sense as we live in a historic building. Nonetheless, they got our shower cleared and draining in no time! Very happy with the service.
