(The toilet has been having intermittent issues and needs replacement.) They immediately connected with me and offered to come out the same day (but I still had not gotten the new toilet.) The team quickly removed their shoes at the front door without being asked (not my general experience with many repair teams) and started working. They finished almost precisely at 90 minutes despite a minor complication. (The basement/toilet drain was not draining well which they augered out.) It was explained to me that it was likely a combination of time and a 20-year-old toilet (which did not generate enough force). Other than minimal dust and grime, they did not leave any bigger messes for me to clean up. They were professional, and their price was well aligned with other companies. They did not sell me on any additional service plans but did guarantee their service for a year. (There is a 4% for credit card transactions.)

I had A Raymond plumbing come out to my home 3 times for a clog that backed up in my home several…read moretimes. The first few times the guy came out, looked at how the pipes were and snaked the main toilet. Got nothing out the first time but thought he got it, called back for a 2nd time as it clogged again and he pulled out a couple wipes and thought he got it. He left and a couple days later it floods again. Called a Raymond back and explained the situation and they were very accommodating and sent out Thomas. Thomas not only looked at the main pipes he actually went around the house, looked at the sump pump and grinder and went outside to look at the pipes. He got his camera out as well and used the outside pipe where he was able to not only clear the clog but show me and explain everything to me in terms I understood. If I ever have another plumbing issue it will be thomas from a Raymond plumbing I will be calling!
