These guys charged an astronomical amount to trim the trees and bushes in our yard. The worst thing is that they rapped a Lychee tree that had been growing for several years in my backyard. I think the tree will probably die because of the amount of branches they trimmed off. It is truly disparaging of the of the ignorance that was taken while trimming this rare fruit tree! We hired Rick and his crew to trim some very large Live Oaks around our house. We recently moved into the house, and the trees, which had not been trimmed in a long time, were growing over our house and lanai. Rick and his team worked a long hard day with both humor and clear competence. All work was done to our complete satisfaction, importantly with no damage to our property. In fact, the crew spent a good long time cleaning up the grounds after the trimming was done, leaving our property neater than it was before they showed up! Excellent job done! They arrived on time and completed the job above expectations. We had a special tree that we LOVED but needed to be removed. Rick was able to suggest that we keep the trunk and cut it into stools to put around our outdoor campfire. They made it happen, and the tree stump stools look great. They also were mindful of the wildlife in our yard and ensured us that any nests would be safely relocated to another tree (which was important to us). We also had a stag horn fern that needed rehanging and they even hung a smaller one we had as a bonus. Everyone on the team was friendly and knowledgeable. I honestly can not say enough nice things about our experience with Rick and his team at RAW Tree Service. When he came to look at our tree for an estimate, he was on time, knowledgeable, and very very caring towards preserving our tree. Although my initial want was to have the tree taken down, he explained that taking it down would not only be costly, but with a bit of trimming, the tree wouldn't be the eyesore I was taking it for. RAW Tree service was knowledgeable and professional! They have an appreciation for plant life and take care even when removing it. We had a tree removed and stump grinding performed.
