You make a payment get no receipts she double charges accounts. The system would change it automatically then she manually charged it. I was not happy to find out that when I make a payment, I have to pay tax against the balance. But ok. Fine. But I asked TWICE what the balance was as I was getting to the end of the 90 days, and WHEN EXACTLY is my 90 days up. I was told SEPTEMBER 30th. Well, today, I call to pay off the balance (about 300 dollars) and I'm told the *contract* ended on the 12th. The manager (Barry???) says that "I could save money by [lying] about who / when / whatever", because "I could not give him the name of who I spoke to". I have purchased from this location MULTIPLE TIMES, wrote a good review, but now I am PISSED. If I call and ask YOUR REPRESENTATIVE about the specifics of my contract, then I should get ACCURATE information. Sure, *I COULD HAVE READ* the contact myself, but still, when I call to make a payment, the person looking at my information ONLY HAS TO READ FROM THE SCREEN to give accurate information. CUSTOMER SERVICE ***FAILURE*** So now, I'm roped into FINANCING CHARGES. Don't come too this location. The manager (Mike) always looks like he's on 5 blunts. They always have a back story. I drove 30 miles from Duluth to get my wheels serviced and told me there was an hour wait. I came back after waiting for ONE hour around the area. Once I was back they said it would take another hour. Unacceptable, I purchased my wheels one year ago with zero late payments. The least they could do is take care of you and appreciate the customer . I won't return again , even though in my contract it says FREE anytime wheel service. I rather pay someone else. This has got to be one of the worst companies on the planet ! Not saying this because I'm mad or anything, I'm just being honest. When I went in to get my tires, I put a cash down payment on my tires and was told it was worked into the price of the tires (it wasn't.... probably went into cashiers pockets). And don't be a day late with your payment, they call everybody you know and your job with an attitude(trying to embarrass you or something). It's like this company is money hungry because they put your credit card on file saying that they charge it if you don't come in and pay but they just charge it on the due date anyway regardless if you come in or not. And don't dare go over the 90 days same as cash or you'll be paying 5 times the retail price. Stay away ! read more

I went into this location on Friday, November 27, 2020 for instillation. Upon my arrival there weren't any 18' in rims in stock nor tires. The gentleman that was serving me took all my information, promised to call me once he spoke with the distributor with a detail estimate. To no avail I haven't received the call nor an estimate. My major complaint is, you are a business you shouldn't be discussing customers account in front of a potential new customers. You have no ideal who is standing in front of you. Yet another business ran by African Americans with no quality business etiquette, professionalism, customer service, or personal appearance. To add we are in a pandemic why wasn't the employees wearing mask? As a customer I do not wish to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke to get the business. My visit to this location was unsatisfactory and my business doesn't seem valued. Follow regardless whether it good news or bad. I will also make sure cooperate is CC. read more

SMH with the poor experience...1.Purchase rims, 2.balancing was totally off driving at 50pm whole car shaking terribly. 3.Went back a second time no change in rebalancing.4.Was told to take it to tire shop to get high speed balance done, which paid out of my pocket for, only to be told, I was missing hub rings from a repeatable full service tire shop.5.Went back three times to RAW to get correct hub rings for rims and as of today haven't received. 6. Was told they'd change out rims for ones that would fit and not give me any MAJOR VIBRATION. Almost a week later no follow up!!!! And two months later, defective rims, poor Customer Service, not close!!! Most interesting about all of this, they don't have any issues receiving there payments on time. Should I pay for merchandise that was defective from day one RAW, you tell me??? Stay tuned!!! read more
