I came in to have a bent rim and crack fixed on my rim. Coming from New York, I knew the price…read morewould be higher, but I expected the work to be compensatory to the price paid. After having the crack and the bend in my wheel diagnosed and repaired i went on my way. Sure enough at 65mph i was getting the exact same shimmy as before. Called the shop back and they were closed. But i did find a much less attractive hole in the wall shop who dismounted the rim these people fixed and did a readout of the rim. Instantly as the wheel spun, we could all see the bend in the wheel. Not only was the bend still present but the balance of the wheel was TOTALLY OFF. They were able to balance the wheel so much better than this shop that the road vibration almost* disappeared. Only problem is, MY DAMN RIM IS STILL BENT. $130 on NOTHING UPDATE: Called the shop to explain this ordeal to them. The owner immediately cut me off and hung up on me. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.

I suppose to have a warrant but they said it only cover certain parts of the tires lol. When I got the tires I asked for tires that have a very thick rubber. I found out that the store put low profile tires on my my car. I barely drives the car and I was just wondering why I was have soooo many problem. Now mind you that I just purchase them in July and it just November.one day the front driver side tire went flat for no reason at all. We spent $20 dollar to have the tire looked at and put back on the car. Next the tire got a spilt in it for no reason, next the front tire was Rubbing up against the inner fender of the car and lastly they said I cause the spilt in the tire and my warranty didn't over it because I ran over something which cause the cut on the side of the tire right below the rim and it wasn't in the side of the tire went I took it to them to look at. Every time I took my car back to this shop they came up with so many SORRY EXCUSES!!!!. From Now on I will give my business to someone that don't think I am out to get something for nothing and that is willing to help me instead of second guessing my Motive. They never offer to pay me the $20 dollars back for the tire going flat no reason, they never offer me anything but excuses, after excuse.Also I had problem with one of the rims and they said they order the part and it took them a whole month to fix that. When I got the rims, I notice the problem the next day and I took it back to them right away. I asked can I just get a new one and the assure me that they could do they!!!! I…read morebrought in a Vossen HF-5 (Matte Gunmetal) for a curb rash repair, and it was a disaster from start to finish. Technical Failure: They failed the color match twice. They used a satin finish that didn't match the finish of my other wheels. The tech actually claimed he "matched the center cap," which is a different material and color than the wheel face, and told me the paint "needed time in the sun" to change texture. Safety Issue: After the second attempt, the paint chipped immediately, causing a leaky tire. When I called to report this, the receptionist said chipping paint wouldn't cause a leak, which isn't accurate when the chip is on the bead seat. Avoidance & Dishonesty: I called on Monday and was told the manager, Sylvester, would call me back. I waited a full day and never heard a word. I eventually had to call corporate just to get the GM Sal's number to get any movement. The Interaction: When I finally went in for a refund, I ended up speaking directly to Sylvester. He claimed he never called me back because he was "working nights," even though the staff had confirmed he was on-site during the day when I originally called. I accepted the refund because I no longer trust this shop's honesty or technical ability. If you have a high-end vehicle or aftermarket wheels, save yourself the headache and go to a specialist who actually knows what they are doing.

So I thought it would be a good place to purchase rims. After spinning two grand in two days. They sold me a rim that they had sitting on a shelf for display. That had a spot and a chrome. They knew it was there because someone tried to get it out. Brought it to the short guy attention now he wants me to drive my classic car over 70 miles so that he can take a picture. Or see if he can get it out they already tried to get it out you can see it. I was under the impression that I was getting new rims out of a box and not a display. So beware purchasing rims from these guys especially the short one because he think that he can talk to you any kind of way.
