The job got delayed because we had issues with our loan. My husband thought that the loan company wasn't responding only to find their emails in his spam folder 2 weeks later. That part is on us. By then Bill said he wouldn't be able to start till after CFD, no problem. They started on 8/2/23 and finished on 9/1/23. When we approached Bill, he told us the job would take his crew 4-5 days. That was definitely not the case. His guy's showed up the first day and marked where they would have to dig and then nothing for a week. They continued to randomly show up and work 2-3 days per week and I don't think they worked a full day at my house. If we texted Bill with questions or concerns, he ignored us. He called my husband on 9/1/23 and told him that they were done. My husband took off work early that day to see if they had finished per our request, then he had to run and purchase materials to finish the job. He spent several hours finishing the fencing that we had paid $25,000 to get done. We also had to pick up some materials/trash that they had left around the property.My fence does look great and we love it but I can't honestly say that I would recommend Workman Fencing.
