Being a professional I had some reservations about wearing orthodontic braces; however, Dr. Rawle and his staff eased any apprehensions and provided me with a sound, comprehensive plan coupled with a full explanation of each step. Throughout the course of my treatment, he and his staff made every effort to meet my needs, and I was always seen on time. From my first appointment, Dr. Rawle and his staff carefully listened to my concerns, fully answered all my questions, and made every effort to make my treatment as comfortable and pleasant as possible without in any way compromising the quality of their work. It is very apparent to me that they truly care about their patients. I followed his directions explicitly, and was able to complete my treatment well ahead of schedule with a wonderful outcome. I should have posted a review earlier on. My 13 year old son has been in braces for almost a year now, and what a great experience it has been so far. He had to have work done (8 teeth pulled) prior to the actual braces. Needless to say, I was VERY nervous about the oral surgery process. However Dr. Rawle was very understanding and assured me that the procedure was necessary to achieve the best results for my son. He referred me to an EXCELLENT local surgeon, and the procedure went better than I could have imagined! Also the office staff and technicians are great! Very friendly and welcoming, which has not been my experience with any other dental related offices. My son has his visits at the Lake Mary location, but we have also visited the Altamonte office. Most of the staff work between both places. The two ladies at the front desk will always greet you with a smile, and genuinely seem interested in any concerns or questions you may have. I was a little apprehensive about getting orthodontic work done as an adult customer. I didnt want to be walking around as a grown man looking like a thirteen year old. So I was happy to hear that I was a good candidate for Invisilign. They have an awesome tool that virtually shows you the process of how the teeth will move and what the final look would be. That coupled with the before and after pics of similar cases sold me on the treatment. I live in Altamonte but work in Orlando so it is really convenient for me that they have offices in both areas so long as I keep my appointments straight. There was an issue with one of my trays not fitting perfectly but the Dr was able to alter the tray and get new trays made so that it didnt extend my treatment time which was awesome, since again, as an adult patient I was in a hurry to get out of these trays, invisible and all. I would definitely recommend this place to other adult customers and to be fair the kids sitting next to me and their parents seem to be happy as well. read more

I had the best experience with Dr. Rawle and his staff. From the consultation stage, Dr. Rawle was extremely attentive and very detailed in his diagnosis and treatment options for me. I had a gap between my two front teeth among other issues. Within a few weeks my gap was closed and by the end of treatment, my other issues were resolved and I had the beautiful smile I had wanted for years. The staff is wonderful and I was greeted with a warm welcome at every appointment. I was always seen on time and the procedures were explained to me in great detail. I would like to start by saying that I have been to many dentists and orthodontists in the last decade and by a wide margin Rawle Orthodontics has been my favorite. The environment in the office is fantastic and the music in the background is the perfect touch to any appointment, if it's at 8am or 4 in the afternoon.
