Dr. Martin is the most accommodating and personable doctor I've known. His staff is the sweetest and is always apt to advocate for you. Several times they've made me retainers absolutely free. They are really good at checking you in and seeing you almost instantaneously at your designated appointment times, sometimes even earlier. The longest I've ever had to wait is 10 minutes, which is great for any doctor's office. I believe that Dr. Córdoba is an expert and a perfectionist, which means that your teeth are in good hands. He not only straightens teeth, but he ensures that they don't shift back. We originally were turned off by how expensive Dr. Córdoba's was compared to other orthodontists, but it is worth every single penny. He guarantees quality. Dr. Córdoba was the only orthodontist who advised getting a carriere system in order to correct my overbite. The other orthodontists wanted to just give me Invisalign, but Dr. Córdoba wanted to solve the problem. He will not take shortcuts. You can't tell someone whether they're in pain or not. Especially if they're shedding tears and literally not wanting to continue. I've had it happen to me and it sucks.. anywho, the playroom they have for kids is nice. The office is nice and clean. It doesn't look like there are rooms as everyone is pretty much in the same open space. There are just short walls in between each patient. We come here for checkups on our teeth. I don't know if we will continue coming here anymore. Seems the latter appointments we have had, haven't been the greatest. Their practice does seem clean though and well maintained.

The doctor also did a detailed video check of all teeth and gave very thoughtful recommendations. The staff were extremely polite, caring, and never pushed us into any decisions. Instead, they advised us to consult with other specialists, like an ENT, to address mouth breathing before orthodontic treatment. They even provided a referral. Overall, this was one of the most impressive and pleasant consultations we've ever had. We're very satisfied--thank you!

Filled out all their financial paperwork but choose a bank draft as it was an option they offered made it about the payment and how I should plan to pay when I come in as I choose the other Bank Draft. Thought it would be better to effectively pay as they had it in their paperwork without any extra credit Catd fees. Spoke with Dr. Lawton but he focused on sending me away to another place and made his financial director right. Wasn't a customer service experience.
