Really convenient when you can't use your daily driver. This cancellation, I got an email at 730 am confirming the install and then an email at 1230pm saying it had been rescheduled. No call, no other effort to contact me. Very unprofessional. And you can't speak to anybody in person to get answers! Poor management.
