2 for 2 on setting up an appointment, making arrangement to have my vehicle ready, just to be informed (the day of) that they rescheduled my appointment for almost a week later. Really convenient when you can't use your daily driver. This cancellation, I got an email at 730 am confirming the install and then an email at 1230pm saying it had been rescheduled. No call, no other effort to contact me. Very unprofessional. And you can't speak to anybody in person to get answers! Poor management. read more

I got a chip in my windshield last week and needed it fixed that same day since we were expecting a freeze and I just knew that crack was going to split if I didn't do anything. I called Safelite and they were able to get me in that same day and actually found another chip that I had not noticed and fixed it free of charge. I had two vehicles repaired by Safelite AutoGlass here in Cheyenne. They broke the lower windshield shroud for the wiper blades. I did not noticed this, until it rained a few later. Of course they denied they broke it. Another incident the Windshield was installed off center and the passenger side trim piece flew off on the highway three days later. Of course they denied that too. They move on volume, not quality workmen ship. read more

My insurance company placed two service calls to this business, as I had small chips on the windshield of my vehicles. It was discovered that they no longer offer mobile service, but I decided to keep the appointments and take my vehicle to the business. The serviceman was rude and condescending to me, and treated me like I had no idea what he was explaining. I did understand, and relayed that to him. The following week my husband took his vehicle in for the other appointment. Scheduled at 10 am, my husband was there on time. SAME serviceman was watching television and told my husband to hold on, he wanted to finish what he was watching. I can tell you, I will NEVER recommend this business to anyone! I dropped off my vehicle for a windshield replacement. When I was contacted about the vehicle's completion, the technician asked for my payment information over the phone. I provided my debit card number and picked up my vehicle. Later that evening, the receptionist called again, this time claiming that my payment information had not gone through so I provided my debit card number again. Both transactions were deducted from my account so I contacted Safelite to make them aware of being DOUBLE CHARGED. I have been following up weekly for the past 5 weeks and they have NOT refunded the extra charge from my account, despite several promises that they would take care of it. read more

Currently on my 3rd windshield replacement through them because of distorted windows the last 2 times when I pointed out the flaw the technician has tried to bullshit me saying either they have poor eyesight and cannot see even if they tried or that the distortion is normal on all windshields for my car as I'm next to another car that's the same as mine that has no distortion read more

So I decided to look up others in the area and I got first rate service from satellite,they have a local shop and they also have mobile service. I opted for the mobile service which was very convenient. Gerald was my technition and he was amazing. Great service and explanation of what to expect. Very difficult time getting in touch with someone using the phone numbers. Tried requesting to speak with an agent and get a message stating that all appointments must be scheduled online. Constant loop, can't even check arrival time. Very disappointed. read more

Incredibly difficult to talk to a real person when trying to call them. Using the local number or national number doesn't help. You have to have a lot of information ready when trying to schedule online vs showing insurance information to them at the appt time. Same goes for trying to schedule through the automated phone system. Highly frustrating. read more

Rear driver's side window was blown out by the wind. We had to cover it with plastic until we got it in for repair, hence there was duct tape glue on the door. Relatively quick appointment. Window installed and works fine. Only drawback is we anticipated they would wipe the tape glue off the door. Friendly service. I believe they either have new management or new owner from 3-4 years back when I replaced a windshield. I'd say new ownership/management is a great improvement. Hope I never had to go back, but if I need auto glass, most likely this is where I will go. read more

I am very disappointed with my windshield repair. I spent almost $500 out of pocket (did not run it thru insurance) and when I picked up my car, I got stuck in a hail storm and tried to turn my wipers on and they were stuck at the bottom of my windshield. Come to find out Safelite DID NOT put the bolts back in my dash or wipers! Pulled over on the side of the road due to not being able to see and was trying to call safelite and got NO answer! So I went into the store first thing in the morning and asked ro speak to the manager. I asked him to come outside so we could talk due to coustmers in the lobby. Explained what happened and he told me that "I was LUCKY that they Stull had the bolts and covers!! He came back out with 5 or 6 bolts and 2 covers and put them back in! I called corporate and complained and all they did was sent the same manager a message that I dealt with that morning! He proceeded to call me at 530pm and asked if there was anything he could do. I told him he needed to make it right. I could of been in a serious accident. And he told me that he already closed out my ticket and he couldn't do anything to make it right! I will NEVER go to safelite again nor recommend their service to ANYONE. When I dropped my car off to have the windshield replaced they told me it would be 2 hours. They called me 41 mins after I dropped the car off saying it was done! Horrible service and NEVER AGAIN!! read more

Waited all day for my scheduled appointment. Called them at 2 to confirm said everything was good. Called them at 5 at the end of my appointment time said they didn't have my windshield. They said they called me and left a message. My girlfriend and I sat around waiting for them to fix it and received no calls. I didnt have class and that was the only thing I had going on, so I just waited for the call the whole day. I will not be able to make it back to Denver for Father's Day. They did not offer me any discount or a rental car. All they said was sorry and they will have the windshield in 5 days. read more

do not use safelite!!! they make their own glass and it leaks, doesn't fit right and the do not care about fixing it. you will have to go to another glass shop and get a new replacement. save your self sometime and money, do not use safelite!!! read more

I would like to say, this is the "2nd" review I have written. The 1st one was for the manager..He was VERY helpful when we needed our windshield replace, due to hail damage, from the 2016 hail storm in Burns, WY. Then I went back about a few weeks ago, because I noticed a crack in my windshield, which I was sick about, after having it replaced only about 6 months ago. I knew how it got there, going down a dirt road that was being cleaned, re graveled, I noticed the following morning, the crack and was just sick about it. I went immediately back to Safe lite, where they had put the windshield in, and the manager,AGAIN, got me RIGHT in, and had TIM TRULOCK, repair the crack at which time he did a very good job. You can hardly see it, and we are hoping, it will hold through all kinds of weather. I realize they are not magicians and can't guarantee that it will, but the fact remains, that they were PROMPT, and they TRIED and did the best they could, which I felt, was very good.
