The next day it took them 5 hours to diagnose. Then they gave me an estimate for $5600 to replace the oil pump. I complained about the price and their labor rate of $146/hr and they refused any negotiation. THEY KNEW THEY HAD ME! I had no choice but to say fix it. When I went to pick it up the final bill was $500 more than the quote and they said that the tax was not included. The shop manager had quoted me $2800 verbally and the owner said I had no business asking him for the estimate and it did not count. THIS PLACE IS A HUGE RIP OFF AND THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU!

I was driving through, and just before gettng to my hotel, my check engine light came on, and reduced power mode. The next morning I drove straight to this shop. Alex diagnosed the problem quickly, the auto store was not yet delivering (not for another 45 minutes), so Alex drove to the shop, got the part and fixed my car quickly so that I can get back on the road. He could of raked me across the coals wiith a charge (I was stuck there), but the price was great, and so was the customer service! He fixed a vacum leak on my car and then also turned around and got all my spark plugs and coil packs changed out in a decent amount of time and for a great price.
