They had planned to use a 15% off coupon that was good through August 30th. When they asked if the coupon would be accepted on the 31st, they were told, absolutely not. The original appointment fell within the coupon date and was rescheduled due to a significant reason. It seems rather petty to me that Just Docs would not extend the discount. The handling of the recent promotion was frustrating. The discount expired on August 30th, which is not the last day of the month. Additionally, because the 30th was a Sunday, the office was closed and unavailable to process requests. Better alignment of promotion dates with office hours is necessary to avoid confusing customers. I regret having recommended Just Docs and will refrain from future recommendations. When I vouch for a business, I expect them to maintain a basic standard of operational oversight. Publishing a coupon that expires on a Sunday--a day they are entirely closed--is sloppy execution that reflects poorly on my endorsement and wastes customers' time.
