There was a barber in there, but as the sign indicated you had to text or call to get their attention. They wouldn't come to the locked door. I was a little taken back by this but decided to follow the instructions. Called and got no answer, the recording was very rude as well listing everything they didn't do like ANSWER the phone.... Texted asking for an appointment and got a firm no, all booked up. Has this place heard of customer service?!?! At least try to EFFORT into scheduling something, not just be a professional no sayer. I own 5 business's and if my employees ever turned down money or customers like this I would be upset.
