Both instances were for after hours emergency calls and nothing is a more comforting thing in an emergent moment than transparent and straightforward pricing. Typically these are the moments where hemming and hawing from the "professional" leads to inflated prices and explanations as to why; Ray Brown does not do business that way and makes such a big difference to me. Further, their work is complete quality. For a main circuit failure (a few months into quarantine no less), the two techs onsite did a phenomenal job. Despite the less than favorable timing, the opportunity to allow us to upgrade to 200amp service has been a fantastic change of pace through the summer. Due to Covid-19 loved that they showed up in masks, being safety is number one right now. They responded quickly in coming out to give me a quote. I found prices to be affordable and fair. About a week later the electrician came out he was professional, friendly and most importantly honest! One thing he came out for was a quick fix, I mean literally a click of a button! He could of gotten over by replacing something that wasn't bad, I wouldn't of known at all. Instead he called me into my basement to show me that my breaker switch was just tripped!
