We have used Ray Brown twice this year...both emergency issues. They were very responsive and knowledgeable. Will continue to use them!

Both instances were for after hours emergency calls and nothing is a more comforting thing in an emergent moment than transparent and straightforward pricing.

NW is easily one of the best contractors I've ever used, and I'm 64 years old and, for 15 years, used to be in the trades myself. They're everything the profession requires to be considered great: expert, timely, honest, knowledgable, and easy to work with. All in all they possess what is needed to be called "highly professional". They upgraded my home's service (a big job), and also did smaller work like installing outlets and lights. Everyting went perfectly, was on time, on budget, and completed expertly. I can't recommend them too highly. First rate. Excellent. Easily a five star rating.

You will find nothing short of pure excellence in electrical repair, design, and customer service. Throughout our project, Ted, Luis, and the whole Nextwave team were responsive to our every inquiry (and we had a lot of constant questions). As the project got underway, Ted and the Nextwave team took care of all of the interfacing needed with the general contractor so we didn't have to worry about a thing with regard to the coordination needed between the general contracting team and the electricians. We wanted to be sure we stayed on a good budget for us and Ted and Nextwave were very aware of this, keeping us apprised to the overall costs every step of project. We really appreciated being allowed the opportunity to decide on the price point for things "in the moment" rather than seeing them on the invoice later, or missing out entirely on the chance to buy something better over a cheap one another electrician might have just installed without asking. Nextwave checked with us on all items, including giving us a bunch of options and ideas on fans, switches, dimmers, and their locations on walls, etc., to provide the best configuration possible in our space. We also really appreciated other creative suggestions Nextwave made on all aspects of our lighting design. The results are simply amazing and their work literally transformed our old home from having dark, under-lit rooms throughout to a beautifully-lit, warm environment with well thought-out use of switches and dimmers. All that and our energy bill will be significantly reduced as a result of the complete conversion to LED lighting (again, owing to Nextwave's design suggestions!). The house also feels so much safer as a result of the replacement wiring installed throughout the home. We couldn't be happier with the results and highly recommend Ted and all the professionals at Nextwave Electrical Contractors LLC for your next lighting project. They truly are a skilled, dedicated, and trusted outfit.

We called about 5 times requesting to speak to someone and Cannondale just sent us a contract in the mail without ever returning our call. During the crazy storm in August of 2020, many people in our town couldn't reach Cannondale to fix their generators. We decided on A&J because of how communicative they were - they worked around the clock during that storm to help their customers. Since then, we've had nothing but positive experiences with A&J. Our generator is getting up there in age, so we had to have several service calls this year. We were able to immediately reach someone via phone and email. Each time they sent someone over quickly. One time, our generator stopped working overnight during a power outage. We called them at 5am and they had someone at our house by 7am. Soon after, they were able to replace the part and give our generator a bit more time as we navigate the process of obtaining a new generator. A&J educated us on the the changes in regulations, walked us through the many options out there, and helped us find a new spot for the generator without ruining the look of our property. They're taking care of all of the details, so the complex process is made completely effortless for us. Thus far, we're very happy with A&J.

I bid the job out to multiple companies and ended up going with NE for a number of reasons: 1) offered multiple brands and are equipped to perform warranty service for all of them. 2) competitive pricing. 3) very good communication during bidding process. 4) capable of handling the entire project from pulling permits (including main building permit) supplying generator, installation, coordinating all inspections, and obtaining sing-offs. The install went very smoothly and I was up and running as scheduled. Mike in the sales Department is great and answers all my questions as well as was persistent with the town in obtaining sing-offs. Shawn, the technician who performed the startup was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Overall great experience and would highly recommend.

Now, I'm self-employed, in business for myself for over 40 years, and I wasn't born yesterday. Most everyone in business itemizes deductions on their businesss tax returns. I'd be very surprised/shocked if they don't deduct vehicle expenses, including fuel, repairs, leases etc. So I find it absolutely over the top that they tack on gas expenses incurred as part of doing regular business. talk about "nickel & diming". They are very smug about it as well.
