Worst salesmen I have ever seen! He insulted us with a "are you going to let met finish" when we were just asking questions. Came in ready to buy a car today...got treated poorly and took our business elsewhere and bought a car at another car dealership the same day. Arrogant salesman and awful overall attitude. Seems as though the dealership has forgotten about simply treating potential clients with a little respect. And we have to believe the management knows about this Salesman because he has been there a while too. Recommend avoiding this dealership. I tried again. As you can see in the response to my first comment, the owner appears to have replied with, "we are not pleased to hear of the incident you've described in this review. We want nothing more than to work with you to correct this situation as soon as possible. Please feel free to contact us at your earliest convenience." So, that's exactly what I did. I made my call today because (like I stated previously), I thought this matter was already taken care of weeks ago. I had full intentions of forgetting the previous issue, apologizing if needed and moving on (again, I thought it was taken care of). However, now I stand behind my previous rating ever stronger. I was just informed, the reply to these reviews is an automatic response done as "consumer maintenance". It's just for show. What started this entire issue was either someone made a mistake and was trying to cover it up or it was miscommunication. Took vehicle into their shop to have a mirror repaired/replaced. Still under warranty. They told me they didn't hear it whistling. It sounds like nails on a chalk board. Can't even resell the vehicle with the noise. read more

The best dealership in North Alabama by far. They make you feel like family. Carry all my vehicles to their service department. Very professional and never do work until giving the ok to do so and never once tried to add stuff I didn't need. Can't say this about other dealerships in the Shoals area. read more

Too bad I couldn't give this dealership 0 stars. We visited this dealership recently. I was looking for the AT4 truck which are so hard to get. The two that just came in both were the Carbon Pro bed which I never heard of. We did agree on a price and pickup would be the next weekend. So we put 500.00 down to hold it. Over the weekend I was trying to buy a tonneau cover. Of all the manufactures there are only 2 that make a tonneau cover for the Carbon Bed. They both told me I have to drill holes in the bed. So I called the dealership and told them what I have found and decided not to take the truck. So Taco the sales manager said the deposit is non-refundable. I told him yes it is I didn't take delivery or added anything on it. He said he would have to talk to Vic the owner. The next day Vic the owner called and I had to explain to him I'm not drilling holes on a 64k truck. His comment was its not a 64k truck its 58k. I said whatever its stickers at 64k. He then said I can give you 500.00 credit and I said no. Vic said that it was my fault that I should of done more research. I told him you sell the trucks not me and you should be informing people, besides I never heard of the carbon pro. Then he told me a story about some furniture he bought and took home and several days later he wanted to return it in exchange for something else and they said no. I told Vic, you shouldn't of took it home. Then he said he would try to locate one and that would make his decision. I told Vic I'm not interested in buying from your dealership and I told him I will get my money back one way or another. I made a few phone calls and the next day the salesman called wanting our credit card # for the refund. Vic the owner should of called back. I guess he was not happy refunding me the money. I purchased my vehicle last March, and my experience was nothing short of a blessing. I was recently divorced, rebuilding my credit, in a rental, and was in desperate need of something, anything, to keep from renting. I have 6 children but was willing to buy something small, until my "credit score" said I was credit-worthy. I'd paid off everything that was on my credit, however, my need for transportation came before my credit had time to reflect my payments. I went in, open and honest. Marlon, my salesperson, listened as I explained my challenges and my hopes. I wanted to get those details out in the open before I wasted any of our time. He spoke with his boss about it and came back with two vehicle selections, one of which I'd been interested in, unbeknownst to him. Long story short, RMB took a chance on me! I left crying tears on joy! I was not judged, stereotyped, or treated in any way other than respectful. I became the owner of a GMC Acadia(2012) because they were willing to look past my credit score and see ME!! I will most definitely purchase another vehicle from RMB, and look forward to many years of business there!! read more

I will never buy another GM vehicle, much less one at Ray Miller, nor will I ever recommend this dealership to anyone. The service department and the employees (specifically Vic McAfee and the service dept manager) are very unprofessional and rude. I took my vehicle in to get serviced and the problem was identified. However, they refused to honor the warranty and perform the repairs. The reason being was that I didn't save all of my receipts where servicing was performed, namely oil & filter changes. I perform that myself and don't keep every receipt. Vic basically told my that without proof, they would not honor the warranty. To me, this felt as if he was calling me a liar. The service dept manager was standing there the whole time observing the situation. He did not step in and offer any type of solution to the problem at hand. He just stood there as Vic called me a liar and refused to perform the repairs even if they were still covered under warranty. Vic simply acted as if he didn't care if we were satisfied nor taken care of as a customer. He simply said (and I quote) "Well, take it to the dealership that you brought it from. Maybe they'll fix it". Why even sell a car with a warranty if you can refuse to honor the warranty just because you have the right too? Stand by your brand and make the customer happy. That is what should be done if you want not only a return customer, but a HAPPY one too. read more
