Yes yes I can reply I purchase one ton Tire for my one ton truck 1,600 I have been a customer there for quite some years first part of the year I had them put on park the truck with 10 miles on the tire didn't think nothing about it park the truck for 3 months but just 10 miles on the tire I get it out start driving a big vibration in there right back tire they started off by giving me a runaround because I've been 3 months old service the door out too of the air tabs on the inside of the tire said they didn't do I had them in my hands from the old tires they replied back with I had a bent rim after 4 hours in the shop the tires I had took off didn't have but $17,000 Mi on a 1-ton Tire I call bullshit the manager is a punk ass read more

Ran over a screw and needed tire repaired. He said since I didn't have an appointment, I'd have to wait. 7:30 a.m. tuned into 9:05 and I watched as they took appointments early (took a 9:00 at 8:40) and kept moving my clip board to the back. I finally asked how much longer and they said 30 minutes. No WAY! I went to West after airing tire up at my mother's garage. They took me as soon as I pulled up and I was gone in 15 minutes. Never again will I set foot in this place. If they are too busy for me, then they have too much business. I'll oblige them and take it elsewhere. read more

Stopped to get rear tires after having a blow out. Some young guy worked on my car and didn't seem to know how to change tires. He broke a couple of studs on the spare and I was there for hours!
