Prior to purchasing the lampshades, they encouraged me to bring in the lamps to decide the proper size and were so kind, helpful and patient in assisting me with the perfect lampshade. I have been coming here since then for all of my lighting needs and recently had 2 lamps repaired. Alex was very knowledgeable and thorough and recommended changing the outdated and unsafe electrical cord on 1 of the lamps. He repaired both lamps quickly and charged fairly. He clearly had done many of these installs and new all the important points, including getting the proper permits from the City of Burbank, which can be persnickety. I was especially concerned because it was a very high capacity charger. He confirmed with me that the quote he gave me covered what I needed. I secured the job with his company, he arrived on time and ready to go. He and his crew knocked out the work in just a couple hours, with excellent craftsmanship.
