I complained at the corporate level since this is a franchise of a national company. This is not how I do business. Not for a very large job and not with anyone. Do not recommend these bait and switch people at all. Life is stressful enough with a big job ahead. There are other companies out there. These are clean, organized and communicative professionals. My project was small but complicated. We have an odd counter top extension that sort of hung out at a weird angle, we did not use and took up an entire room of the house (it is a small house). It was becoming a place for accumulating junk. This project required that they cut off a section of granite countertop and detach the extension from the floor. Then they trimmed the granite to a new length it so that they could reposition it with a CLEAN SEAM. It looks great and now I have more usable counter top space for cooking, the kids have a counter to sit at for breakfast and we have an extra room in the house.
