They were unprofessional and drove very unsafely, nearly hitting several cars. Multiple other drivers were honking because he was cutting them off. Overall, the lack of communication, reliability, and safety made this a very stressful experience. I would not use this service again.

It was specifically requested for the driver to be inside the international terminal with a sign with my colleague's name on it which is standard for this type of service. The driver was not there, parked in the wrong location, and then left! The manager eventually admitted that it was a new driver, but I would expect that this should be a fairly straight-forward process. It took at least 30 minutes of calling the company and my colleague to reassure that he would be taken care of. After delays a new driver was there and took my colleague to the hotel. When i spoke to the new driver he was persistent on my payment for the service, though I had already prearranged with the company.
