After agreeing on a pick up and drop off location, the "manager" Jose informed us that he was going to charge us an extra $175 to drop us off at the location we had already agreed on. This happened while we were already on the bus in the middle of the tour, so he left us no choice but comply to his demands otherwise we were all going to be stranded at a drop off that was not agreed on. He had poor communication while booking. Jose had told us that he will be the driver for the bus, and that was also not true. We had a driver who was on his phone the whole time swerving in and out of lanes while going up and down the mountains, and that made us very nervous we couldn't even enjoy the party bus. The bus was not clean or fully functional. We will definitely not recommend this service to anybody. read more

I called this company a week before we needed them for airport transfers. They were super responsive on the phone and answered all my questions. I was a little hesitant just because I had never used DeVine before but let me tell you I was definitely Not disappointed! Tolu was the best! My husband and I were recently in Houston to take a cruise. I found DeVine through Yelp and got a quote from them and from a couple of other limo services to take us from a hotel near the airport to the cruise, and from the cruise back to the airport. DeVine had the best price, and such good reviews that I chose them. And it was a great choice!! The Suburban was beautiful - new and clean, with comfy seats and water bottles waiting for us. Our driver (I can't remember his name :-( ) was so nice and friendly, and on-time. When we returned, we managed to get off the ship much more quickly than I expected, so we were ready 2 hours before we were supposed to be picked up, so I called DeVine and left a message. Within 10 minutes they called back to say they would be there in 30 minutes to get us. That is GREAT service, and really appreciated! I would highly recommend DeVine! read more
