They have high-quality Frieling pans that are difficult to find elsewhere, unique kitchen tools, and a serious selection of chef's knives! Buyer beware! I purchased the sharpening package for 1 pair of hairdresser's shears. I received my…read morelabel and mailed in my Nic brand shears that I have owned for years. I received a pair of Olivia Garden Silk Cut shears back in place of mine. Somehow, my shears were swapped out. Nic scissors are much more expensive than the Olivia Garden brand, so I was definitely ripped off. I called and was able to speak to Chelsea. Chelsea tried to help me by locating my shears, but in the end, I was told that they cannot find my shears.They offered to send me a free pair of shears from their catalog, but the bottom line is that they do not offer higher end shears. I told them I don't want a pair of cheap shears, just a refund. I have since heard nothing. I will have to buy myself a new pair of shears. I will never use this website again and I have learned my lesson. I will have my shears sharpened by professionals, and in person. My advice, if you have a higher end pair of shears, do not send them in to Sharpening World, as you may never see them again!

I have been to many Ace Hardware's and I must say that Hart Ace may be one of my favorites for a few reasons... - Staffing - There were several Associates and all were friendly and helpful! - Size/Layout - This Ace is pretty good size with a good outdoor space, grilling section, a few specialty desks (hardware/paint) and it was all laid out quite well! - Stock - The place was stocked to the brim with all the goods that you need or never knew you actually needed! I stopped by for a few things and left with all I needed and an extra car cleaning tool that I did not know existed! Overall, Hart Ace is a solid Ace Hardware! One that I will certainly visit when needed...or when I just want to walk around and look at cool things.
