Twice, I needed the assistance of the branch manager for the home purchase and for transfer of funds. The IMCU on IUPUI's campus and downtown have been our go-tos. Since we live in downtown Indy coming up north is rare. Since I was already up north I had to stop in at this location. Last year I had an awful experience with one of the associates. The issue was escalated to the general manager and resolved. The associate who the situation was involving was actually not a consistent employee of this branch, he was filling in. I actually threatened to switch banks when another associate from my normal location came to the rescue. His service saved the whole situation. So because of that, this location left a bad taste in my mouth. However, today's experience was good. Nothing over the top excellent yet, I didn't have a bad experience either. I used the drive thru and the employee working helps me withdrawal money. She was friendly and knowledgable. There was no one in line so my service was quick. I also noticed a security officer outside, which would make any customer feel safe at a bank.
