Fund&Grow completely misled me and caused lasting damage to my credit and my trust. They promised…read moreto secure $50K-$250K in 0% business credit, but what I actually got was a confusing, self-managed mess that I could've done entirely on my own--without paying them a cent. They never disclosed upfront that they'd be applying for personal credit cards in my name, resulting in multiple hard pulls that dropped my credit score. They assured me they'd send instructions to help remove or dispute those inquiries--that never happened. I followed up, and they completely ignored it. To make matters worse, they coached me to lie to banks about my business's income and explicitly told me not to mention Fund&Grow when speaking to lenders--raising obvious red flags. They even had me fill out many of the applications and make the phone calls, which begs the question: what exactly did I pay them for? I wasted valuable time, damaged my credit, and gained absolutely no meaningful funding that I couldn't have gotten myself. The entire process was built on half-truths and shady tactics. If you're a small business owner trying to do things the right way, stay far away from Fund&Grow. They overpromise, underdeliver, and leave you worse off than when you started.

They had 3 financial advisors and one little old lady handling the counter. The manager didn't seem to mind the long line of disgruntled customers. I will never ever stop at this location again. As a matter of fact, upper management needs to reevaluate the employees.
