We want to share our experience with Fund and Grow. We are new clients and we just finished the 1st round of applications. This hopefully can help more people to succeed in business and life. We started to work it Fund and Grow about two months ago, if I'm not mistaken. Boris's application began pretty much right a away and mine like two weeks after his was done. They will apply for a few major credit cards and then they will request a balance increase. I got a total of $24,000.00 and I was approved by two lenders. I have less than 3 years in credit history and I had recent inquiries before I signed up for the program otherwise I had avoided them. My partner got $27,000.00, he has less than 5 years in credit history and he was only approved by one lender however he got a bit more than me. I think it have been very successful so far, we are still have to go 2-3 more batches of applications to go (the program is for a year). We please with the results in this first round. Getting the money out wasn't difficult for me. I used my personal cards because they aren't new and they are use to my transactions (I consider that less probable to raised a red flag, since what we needed was cash to acquire Real Estate). I paid a friend that has a PayPal account for his company and he got me the money, then i made a balance transfer to my personal cards from the business cards. The reason I used to methods is because Boris only used Gold Money (it's a pain the verification process btw) and then used PayPal to send me money and get cash out of the accounts. Both his personal and business card from that lender were frozen. Ryan, Boris's account specialist, is helping him to work that out with the lender. We hope it can get resolved soon. There are fees to pay to move the money here and there but so far it has been no more than 3% and it's fairly easy. As i made more transactions then I will take out the money directly from the business's account. There are different strategies to get money out of the cards and I think it's a wonderful advantage. Other benefit is that all this transactions will be a deduction from our taxes, according to the guys from Provision. When we signed up for Fund and Grow we were told that the balances in the business account can be high as they don't report to your credit bureau, however in the credit coaching program (pdf sent by them to us at the end of the negotiations) I interpreted that we can't have more than 50% in balances. I'll check that out to confirm it, since we are using cash to pay for properties and pay down payments we have to wait to refinance to pay back the cards in full in the meantime we can only do the minimum payments. If it is otherwise it won't be very helpful for us because we won't get much more credit in the next batches. Let's hope for the best! In regards to the credit inquiry removal that they tell you can be removed from your credit report as they are for business purposes, we are undergoing that process now. Experian and Equifax have been easy and quickly to do. Transunion is kettle from another fish. They want me to send them a letter from the lender in order to approved my request. I hope I can get further help from Donna in this specific matter. Even though they recommend a company that specializes in removing your inquiries for you I think they should have a bit more info about it, like a second part of what to do if the credit bureaus say no to your request. After all that is one of the first things we asked when inquired about the program and they said it's no biggie and it's easy, you can even do it yourself! I hope I can get further help from Donna in this specific matter. Furthermore, I will suggest updating the "Coaching Program Package" every now and them. We have learn so much by doing this process so far, most of which we had zero idea about it. By reading their documents and website you get much more tools to work your credit and you company's. I heard about Fund&Grow from being a member on Bigger Pockets and seeing posts made in the community forums from other members and was impressed to see upper management taking a priority to respond and be engaged with us. A short while later I saw a webinar 2 for the price of 1 promotion offer and I decided this would be ideal for my sister and I to participate. My sisters thoughts have been positive 5 stars and she highly recommends this company and shes incredibly grateful working with previously Tiffany and she has nothing but very positive outlook thus far working with Bianca! I was able to get my very first batch finalized last month and my specialist that I was assigned to is Michael Richard! he is articulate, his communication is TOP NOTCH and is someone that I would highly recommend working with!! On my first batch thus far he was able to work through negotiations and have gotten me approved for a total of $95,200.00 in my FIRST BATCH!!! due to this happening I am now seeing more oppurtunities and I look forward to the next future batches ahead! CASH ACQUISITION STRATEGY One initial note about cash acquisition fees: Don't worry about them. All the cards that Fund&Grow were able to get me had GREAT rewards benefits that nearly completely offset the cost of cash acquisition. Or ... you could take a free vacation. Up to you. Don't forget to follow up and take advantage of these rewards after you have made your cash acquisition using the strategies mentioned below. Plastiq I wasn't that impressed with Plastiq at first. My wife and I operate several Airbnbs in our local area and so rather than paying rent on our properties with cash - we just paid rent through plastiq using our 0% interest business credit cards. Just make sure you have all your ducks in a row on documentation who you are paying. They do check and if everything doesn't line up it will delay payment. I heard during a Fund&Grow podcast with Clayton Morris that you could WIRE money directly to a closing title company escrow rather than trying to pull money off the card into a bank account and then pay to wire the money. So I just did this on 1/17/19 to buy a duplex!. I wired several thousand dollars into an escrow account and purchased a rental property! WARNING: Won't work with AMEX. Which sucks. Gold Money I did use go the Gold Money route. Real pain to get an account setup. Be persistent. Call them e-mail them follow up. It takes a few weeks but you'll eventually get there. I had a few issues with some of the cards not working with Gold Money. I honestly don't remember which were which. Just figure out how much you can/want to pull off the cards and try all of the cards you get. The ones that don't work go ahead and try some of the other strategies. I want to say I was able to use my AMEX with Gold Money. This also takes a little more time than the other strategies. Purchasing the gold may take a day or two. And then selling the gold takes maybe a day or two. Again... don't worry about the fees or the gold devalue if it happens to you. The rewards pretty close to offset these impacts. Paypal (I am not a CPA or Attorney. This worked for me. May not for you. Beware) So I may get flogged by the internet for this. But I will put it out there. Please be nice. I have a personal paypal account. I already have an LLC with an EIN number. So I created a Business paypal account. I then paid my business paypal account using my personal paypal account using the business credit cards. Yes there are fees. Again ... don't worry about those. I want to say I read somewhere that if you earn beyond $20K in your paypal business account they have to report that income to the IRS. It is still too early to tell if I'll run into that issue. In the future - this will be used as a last resort. I don't recommend it now that I know I can wire money into an escrow account through plastiq. AMEX you might have to use Gold Money. And then use this as a very last resort. Swipe it at a register or online purchase This one is obvious. I've paid my property taxes online with these cards. My wife and I have furnished Airbnbs with crap bought at Sam's club, Amazon, Target, etc. using these business credit cards. They are great and easy to use this way and I encourage it. Good luck! ​I'm a technically income-less medical student in my 3rd year who worked with Brandon K at F&G. I know that in general, you have to spend money to make money and wanted to have a chance at starting buy-and-hold real estate before I start making "real money" as an attending physician in SIX YEARS... 3.5K seems like a lot when you're already hundreds of thousands in debt, have kids, and are creatively paying down a mortgage in CA. But I probably could not be happier with taking a chance on F&G. ​ ​Like a few others, I came across F&G through Morris Invest and figured that I would get 3-4 "rounds" of applying for business credit and assumed that each round would multiply previous acquired credit by 1.5 or 2X. Therefore, if I gained even 70K of business credit at the end of the year, that would be like getting a loan of 5% APY, which is pretty decent. The fact that I've learned a lot about the credit system and how to negotiate with agencies is a nice bonus. I just finished round 1 and ended with 34K. I'm fairly certain that I'll easily cross the 100K mark. The best part is that I have not had to take much time away from spending time with my wife and kid or from my studies and long hospital shifts. I've been using the cards to upgrade an AirBnb listing I run and it has allowed me to work a lot faster and double the amount I earn on it. I now have enough total unsecured credit (with my personal cards currently :/) that I can purchase a modest buy-and-hold property outright with Plastiq (2.5% fee) instead of applying for bridge loans that typically go for 9-12%. ​ Brandon was professional and responded quickly to my questions and worked around my ... issues ... like having no reported income recently and low income prior to that. These rounds of funding were also complicated by my mistake of trying to apply for a HELOC at the beginning of working with them (don't do that). Yes, your credit will likely drop by 30-90 points, but they provide you with the information needed to get rid of most of the hard inquiries that caused these drops. I also don't know how to verify if these new lines are business lines vs personal, but they appear to be business cards that are under a sole proprietorship with my name, which is what most physicians do anyways. I have read through the credit agreements for each card and they do say they are business lines. To me, it doesn't matter too much since Brandon asked if I was okay with non-business cards. Overall, my ability to take risk and control assets has increased with almost no effort on my part and I learned how to "prove my worthiness" to financial entities. 10/10 experience. read more

Several years ago I was in very bad shape financially. I was facing an emanate foreclosure on my home, I was not working due to illness and I had creditors calling me day, night and all hours of the day. My mailbox had nothing but threatening letters to take me to court or offering settlement debt letters. My credit score that at one time had been 787 was now 585 and I was feeling so helpless to do anything about my situation so my only out I thought was to commit suicide. I know that it sounds crazy to consider such a thing and leave my wife and children to now make it for themselves but when you're under so much pressure and the only way you can see is down, those kind of thoughts are sometimes entertained. A friend of mine that I confided in told me about Fund and Grow, but warned that they will only work with me if my credit score was 700 or better. Once again hope sank within me. Although I knew at the time my score was well below 700, I called Fund and Grow anyway. I heard about Fund & Grow on a real estate investing podcast that I frequent and it sounded too good to be true. For the longest time I have wanted to get into real estate investing, but it has the stigma that it is only for those with tons of money...the mantra "cash is king". For the longest time I merely read about real estate investing and managed to save up enough money to purchase my first duplex. Wanting to grow more as an investor I joined a local read estate investment association and learned something very quickly that was a motto of every single SUCCESSFUL real estate investor...they were creative! If you find the right deal the money will come. After exploring different routes to provide the funding I need to acquire deals as I find them (i.e. hard money, private money, seller financing, lease to own, etc.) I came across Fund & Grow. What I love about F&G is the professionalism that they have in doing what they do best. Could I have sent all the applications out on my own?...yes. Could I have managed their approvals and tried to get the limits increased?...probably. I signed up with Fund & Grow at the beginning of May 2018 with credit scores of 785-803. By the beginning of July, I had been approved for 4 new credit cards with a total credit limit of $29,000.00 (one of those was for my newly established business). They ALL have 0% interest for purchases and balance transfers for 12-15 months. Although I had naturally hoped for more $$, I am satisfied with my first round of funding and expect to receive much more when we proceed with my next round. I am also happy with their level of communication. My representative, Bianca Rivera, is very thorough with her instructions and very quick to respond to my questions. She has kept me fully informed on actions she has taken on my behalf and the results. I was able to immediately draw $25,000 cash from the cards by using my personal paypal account to make payments to my business paypal account. I then transferred the cash from my business paypal acct. to my bank. It worked perfectly and quickly - took about 3 days. (I will try using plastiq next time.) If you have a LOT of time, a LOT of patience, and a LOT of experience and knowledge of the nuances of the credit bureaus and credit card companies, there is no doubt you can do what F&G does. But why in the world would you? They have been able to do what would unquestionably take me much longer with undoubtedly more headaches - and their fee is tax deductible as training/education costs. F&G is the real deal (not sleazy operators) and well worth the investment, IMHO. read more

I'm a local REI investor out of CT. I found out about Fund and Grow through REI club and a few other investors and I have had nothing but a positive experience. Between my existing personal lines and the 81k I obtained through Fund and Grow I have greater then 100k to invest in real estate with. With the Hard money companies that offer funding at 80% LTV I'll be able to get the 20% down I need from my own lines of credit. I would seriously recommend. It takes time to build, so build it now so it's there when you need it! I'd highly recommend Fund n Grow if you need capital for growing your business or rehab funding. I researched a lot of different avenues to get cheap money including business lines of credit, business and personal loans, hard money, etc. and I think the 0apr cards you get via Fund n Grow is among the best options out there. Regarding my First Round of Business/Personal credit-cards working as a team we secured over $150,000.00+ in funding (in Around 30 Days) so needless to say I am Moon-walking and doing Back-flips. I have been working with fund and grow since January 2018. Needless to say for me that I wouldn't have had as successful of a year investing in real estate in 2018 if I wouldn't have used them. When I first signed up with F+G, I was given a bit of a run-around. I had one phone consultation with a guy who told me that in order to get started, I had to sign up for several different credit monitoring companies - all of which cost money. I signed up, instead, for free credit monitoring sites - credit karma, etc. After that, my F+G agent told me that because of my poor credit (660-680), I would have to apply for personal credit cards on my own.
