Dread morphed into fear of the unknown, novocaine overdose, callous attitude, surprise * pain and when will it ever end powerlessness. My modus operandi was -- avoid the dentist no matter what. It just so happened I had surgery to be scheduled -- not until I was cleared by my dentist! I began a search for a dentist's office that had empathy for patients like myself. I finally heard a kind, caring voice on the other end of that line after making several phone calls. Sometimes we have to go with that gut feeling. Everyone worked on my teeth with expertise and vigilance NOT to cause pain. I have never been to a dentist that educated me about taking care of my teeth and the best tools to use. I learned about the right way to floss, mouthwash to use, and I didn't need all my teeth pulled like I was told a week earlier by another dentist. There's a harmony the way the Voller Dentistry office works - it's an uplifting experience going for a visit. Never thought I'd feel so much positive, pain-free energy in a dentist's office!

He helped me discover the underlying reason why my daughter was having extreme teeth sensitivity to the point where drinking water was painful. At that time, she had a Pediatric Dentist and had a treatment done. When they could not figure out why she was having sensitivity, they sent us to her Orthodontist who gave us no answers, then to another dental specialist to have her wisdom teeth extracted at the age of 14. When that did not work, I decided to take her to my dentist, Dr. Voller, which I should have done in the first place! I knew I could trust that he would figure out the underlying problem. He listened to all of my concerns and ended up restoring the work of the previous dentist. He used a camera with a high-powered lens to take pictures of her teeth to show me exactly what was going on inside the molars where the previous dentist had sealed up decay and didn't even realize it! Dr. Voller removed the decay and used techniques such as ozone to kill all the bacteria inside the teeth then sealed it up perfectly! My daughter experienced no pain after that and we were so incredibly grateful to Dr. Voller!!!!! He even called me at home to check on my daughter after each tooth was restored. We gave him a big hug when it was all done because we were so thankful!!!! Fortunately, he found the problem and fixed it because the decay would have led to root canals on both sides of her mouth. I can't say enough about the depth of knowledge that Dr.Voller has and how he loves his job! His dental hygienists are friendly, they always explain everything they are doing, and they seem to love serving their clients. Thank you to the team at Dr. Voller Dentistry!!!!

We waited, we wanted to USE HIS Insurance benefits on his work. They never did it correctly so we had to pay the full sum out of pocket!! ‍ -After we spent $20,000 with DR K! -I believe ALL this occurred bc he had office staff that were embezzling? -Dr K called us asking if we could go to OUR Bank to get a copy of our $18,000.00 CHECK to see WHERE it was deposited! IT DID NOT GO IN HIS ACCOUNT! -It was DEPOSITED into an employee's Account. We went to our Branch Manager, then TOOK Banks copies to him, out of courtesy, kindness, as one should. -Still, Dr Kovacevic turned us over to collections for hubs work after we went out of our way to help. -I am unaware of what happened w his employee, the funds. However, next time we were there, SHE was gone! -Dr K has a gentle touch, barely any pain, is very skilled. He has a good chair side presence.

I am glad i made that decision. Dr Cetnar is not only a great dentist, but he is also a very patient and compassionate person. He is very gentle and strives to cause as little discomfort as is possible during any procedures. When he administers the Novocaine, he is so gentle that you can barely feel it. I recently had to go to an endodontist for a root canal, and i had forgotten how good Dr Cetnar was at doing the injection. That endodontist reminded me with a good shot of PAIN with that needle. His staff is pleasant and helpful. His hygienists are also gentle and cognizant of causing the patient the least amount of discomfort, while at the same time being very thorough with their cleaning. Let's face it, no one really LOVES a trip to the dentist, but visiting Dr Cetnar is never something that i dread.
