He actually bounced (hard!) as I was laying down on the other side and I barely felt a thing- which sold me. He also talked about how the price was stabilized, so no "deals" or differentiation would present itself in our search elsewhere (smart sales!) We loved that they include a small fee for delivery, but that it includes them taking it all they way and setting it up in our bedroom as well as taking away our old mattress. SCORE. We are already looking forward to our delivery and are so appreciative of the undivided attention and care we received during our purchase process.

After suffering for 2 years with my overly squishy and rather expensive Purple 2 mattress I…read morerealized that I needed a change. As a stomach sleeper with a bad back I decided that I wanted something ultra firm. That said, the idea of adjustable firmness really appealed to me so I paid a visit to my local Sleep Number store. After trying their plethora of offerings I settled on an M7 which is their memory foam option. It felt reasonably firm at its highest adjustment, 100 so I but the bullet and plunked down close to $5k on the mattress, base and a bunch of linens and pillows. Steve couldn't have been more accommodating. No pressure and no bullshit. He arranged for delivery and even called to make sure I was happy afterwards. The issue is that the bed seemed far less firm in the store than it did in my bedroom which in my case was fantastic. Set at 90 this is my ideal sleep. I can't recommend Sleep Number any higher. Are their beds cheap, hell no? But there are some things in life worth paying a premium for and in this case, it worked out really well. Kudos.

Last May, we ordered a very expensive marble table and were told it would arrive in three months. Instead, it took six months--and when it finally arrived, it was broken and damaged. Service: fairly good response from Urban Natural but the moving team damaged two door frames when moving this sofa in and more than a month after alerting Urban Natural there is still no plan for compensation and repair.
