Rick stopped by later that same afternoon, gave a quote and scheduled repair for the following day. The next day they showed up exactly as promised, replaced the broken spring assembly, and charged me under the amount originally quoted. He met with me after the repair and suggested how I might maintain the equipment to keep it running. They were fast, professional, friendly, and they did a great job for a very reasonable price.
