I knew that from the beginning, however that issue was not resolved.. I did have all of the rollers replaced which two of them were bent and needed to be done and the weatherstripping on the bottom of the door needed replaced.. They tried to sell me a new unit telling me that mine would continue to have issues if it was not replaced.. I did not have the money at the time so I did not get it done. Within 48 hours after the service call, my door would not open or close at all. I did not call them back because one of the technicians made an appointment with me at my place of business and did not show up for their appointment not only did they not show up they gave me a phony phone number. I called someone else to look at my garage door issue and it was a quick five minute fix. It was a tension issue just like I knew it was from the beginning. I would not recommend Glenn Brothers.
