The room was beautifully decorated and lined with pink pedicure massage chairs the perfect size for kids allowing all girls to receive full Mani/Pedi's and Facials! Cotton candy topped mocktails surrounded by great music and shouts of "Happy Birthday" keeping the festivities fun and alive! This was a great pamper party giving the divas a chance to party and relax and wind down for their sleepover! All of the staff was professional and friendly. Once we checked in for the Candlelight event we were seated at a high top table. The stage was elevated so there weren't any bad seats. They offered beer and wine for alcoholic beverages at the bar. The ambiance was intimate and the decor was perfect. We listened to tunes by D'Angelo and Jill Scott. The duo singing both had amazing voices and put their own spin on each song. I've been to several Candlelight events but the one here a La Maison Rouge was my favorite. EPIC catered our wedding last month. We had such a great experience that we cannot rave about them…read moreenough! First, the professionalism and responsiveness was top notch. Tony oversaw every last detail to perfection, and always with a friendly smile. Second, the food was AWESOME. Chef Adam got a challenge from us since we wanted a fully vegetarian menu with some items that they had not made before like Polish doughnuts. Not only were they enthusiastic about the challenge, what they made turned out incredible. For a wedding of largely non-vegetarian guests, feeding them all vegetarian meant that the food has to be absolutely top notch. EPIC hit that high standard with several live cooking stations, including paella, Indian "tacos" (in homemade waffle cones), Asian stir fry, and, my favorite, a Polish doughnut station! What a treat it was to eat so well at a wedding. Even the biggest meat eaters we know were delighted. Third, EPIC provided more than just catering, and they worked seamlessly with our other vendors. EPIC's bakery provided our wedding cake, which, like their food, was delicious. EPIC also helped us acquire our table linens, which allowed us to get EPIC's wholesale discount. The boss attended the walk-through and was there on the morning of our wedding day overseeing everything. Overall EPIC gets a solid 5 out of 5 stars. We tried several other catering companies before choosing EPIC, including some of the most established and best known companies in Atlanta, and the people and the food at EPIC are hands down the best there is. If you are looking for a catering company that will that will make food that is unique, delicious, and fabulously presented, choose EPIC.

No problem! She had extras in her car. My dog getting muddy paw prints all over my dress? Ashley had special wipes that made everything look good as new. Ashley Baber was the best money we spent throughout our entire wedding planning process…read more Planning a wedding for 200 people is one of the most stressful things we have ever done, but Ashley kept us sane and focused on the joy of the day. We could only afford to hire her as a day of coordinator, but she went above and beyond to help us through every phase. She quickly understood what our vision was for the event was and did everything in her power to make it a reality. She is decisive (when you can't be), ready with a trusted vendor recommendation (when you need it), extremely professional and has a good eye for what's hot (and what's not). She also has a wickedly good sense of humor. She is also fabulous at negotiating prices with vendors so I suggest you get that package if you can swing the cost. We couldn't, but Ashley still helped us get a good price with certain vendors and even came to my dress fitting although I'd already used up the consultations included in my package. In response to the other reviewer: it may take her a little while to respond to emails because she has other clients with weddings taking place before yours. But she always got back to us in less than 48 hours with very detailed responses and her response time was even faster--mere hours--during the last month of the planning. I cannot imagine what the planning would have been without such wealth of information just an email away. Unlike some other planners I've heard stories about, Ashley worked behind the scenes on our wedding day to make everything ran smoothly and only came to us with questions when it was absolutely necessary. You have no idea how important this is. We got to spend time with our family, friends and each other instead of worrying about the small stuff. As a result, the entire event was a success and everyone is still raving that it was the most fun and beautiful wedding they have ever been to. We had a blast too! We would absolutely hire her again without any hesitation and enthusiastically recommend her. She is the best of the best!
