When I went there and asked for a manager or the owner, the employee proceeded to tell me " we're all in charge so just talk to me" I stay at the promise about the transmission that they had just installed a few weeks prior to the day, I was there the vehicle has not been driven from the second I open the hood and looked under the vehicle I could point out so many various things that was wrong on top of that The transmission leaking do not take your vehicle to them horrible work they will cause someone their life with the horrible work, God forbid The response from the employee, "we're all in charge so just talk to me," is also unprofessional and unhelpful. Alysia on reception was amazing, professional and courteous she explained the procedure to check my transmission to me. The whole team of mechanics treated my vehicle impeccably and undertook a full car inspection as well as the transmission issue.
