I was just in there and was overcharged for an expensive personal therapy item by several dollars. The irony was that the price was clearly marked on the box. Now I have to go back and get it straightened out. Also the lady at the cash register was rude. If you can get the original pharmacy staff to wait on you, they are quite good. A few weeks ago a young pharmacy technician gave me the wrong prescription for a re-fill. I had to go back and get this corrected and my insurance called to berate me for not "taking my medicine as prescribed" so I had to call them and get their wrong impression straightened out. Two strikes--one more and I'm gone for good. I've used these guys for a while, but this is getting to be a hassle. read more

My husband and I just returned from Ray's for Covid quick tests. The process was fast, professional and easy. Everything was explained clearly to us, from the small amount of the usual paperwork and disclosures to the test itself. The whole process took no more than 30 minutes, including waiting for the results in our car in the parking lot. I'd highly recommend coming here if you're in need of any type of Covid test. Best pharmacy I've ever been too! They are fast, courteous, professional. They have gone out of their way more than once to fill my prescriptions... even picking up supplies from other pharmacies for me, so that I wouldn't have to make multiple stops. I'd never been there until about a year ago, when I needed a script that my regular pharmacy didn't carry. I was pleasantly surprised by the service and have since transferred all of my scripts to them. While there are several pharmacies closer to my home, they are worth the extra time it takes me to get there. read more

Rays is a great little drug store / Pharmacy. Really reminds me of the old mom and pop type places. No long wait times to get your prescription filled. At Ray's they fill your script right on the spot! I've never waited more than 5 mins. The Techs and Pharmacists are very friendly, helpful and smart! Some places treat you like your inconveniencing them, but not at Ray's. It's definitely worth your while to call around for prices on drugs, because i know that Ray's doesn't always have the best prices on everything. They've helped me out in the past by giving me special discounts when I was short on money and I can't thank them enough. More places need to be like this and the big chain pharmacys just don't even compare. If your tired of sitting at CVS for an hour just to get your 10 pill prescription filled and you don't mind paying a few extra dollars Rays is a nice little pharmacy. read more

My family has been using Rays since he went into business and he was hard working and had a wonderful staff but in the last year I haven't even seen Ray and the staff turnover is ridiculous. I don't know if he still even owns the place anymore.The personal service has gone way down and the employees seem very unhappy. I get frustrated when there is any change in one of our prescriptions. I was waiting for my prescription and watched one of the pharmacy tech blown her nose coughing sniffling and continued to count pills. I'm glad this place let's the techs work sick around medications. I'm moving my prescription's else where. read more

I used to enjoy coming to this pharmacy until it was sold about a year ago. This was a friendly neighbourhood pharmacy and they treated their customers very well. They went above and beyond and I liked the people who worked there, especially the pharmacist, Cass. Well, those days are gone. Even though most of the the new employees are friendly, there is one girl in particular, who's name I won't mention, that seems to think she runs the show (she doesn't, not even close). She adds a special twist of rudeness to let everyone know that she really doesn't appreciate that people are spending their hard earned money in that pharmacy. I have to assume that she's related to whoever does own it now because she would be fired, otherwise. That's how rude she is. She's younger with dark hair and has an arrogant flair to her rudeness. Each time I'm forced to interact with her I leave telling myself that I really need to find a new pharmacy. As of now, I'm calling around to make sure that I can get my scripts filled elsewhere. I take a particular med that most places don't seem to carry. At least If I have to deal with unnecessary rudeness I won't be driving 12 miles out of my way to do so. That's how much I liked the pharmacy before. She obviously doesn't realise that without customers she fails to have a job. I'm sure she'll find out soon after she chases them all away. I only stayed with this pharmacy because I wanted to give them a chance, but it isn't worth the rudeness each time. She should find another job if she doesn't like working with the public. Most of the other staff is at least kind. She can't even bring herself to say "hi" or "have a nice day". It's just nasty attitude from entering to leaving. I Don't really recommend this pharmacy for that reason, but also because they don't fill my scripts on time. They will tell me it's too soon to fill one but "they'll fill it when it's time", but I'll go in to pick it up three weeks later and I end up waiting for 30 minutes because they didn't do it. Seriously? So, it bums me out, but I'm looking for a new pharmacy. Rude chicks + scripts that don't get filled = new pharmacy. Sorry Rays. You used to be awesome but now you're not. No comparison to Cass. Where does he work now? I'll go there. read more
