We asked them to fix a motion sensor that 3 other electricians could not fix. The others came, poked around, and either denied the job or offered outrageous prices. Andrew came out, clearly outlined the job, what he knew and what he needed to research. All at no cost. They were clear about what was required and walked me through the somewhat complicated process of getting the whole system to work correctly. They went above and beyond and got creative in how they solved the issue. We're so much happier and the driveway and walkway are much safer for our elderly family members who visit weekly. Great guys - I have used them for about 3 times. They fixed breakers, faulty wires and installed chandeliers. Prompt, polite, helpful. The co-owners (Robin and his wife) answer phone calls and schedule appointments from on the road. This place was truly refreshing! The only place around that answered right away. Came within hours. Owen was awesome. He was personable, let me know what he was doing the whole way through and what was happening. Came with an apprentice so time was not an issue. Fixed everything no problem and in a very timely fashion. Can't ask for more.
