I wanted to have some additional lights added to my garage. It took a little bit of scheduling but their team showed up and worked efficiently to get the job done. Wilton Electric sent two men for two small jobs. They both were efficient and fast working. One installed a new light and the other a bedroom fixture. They wore masks and were in and out in one hour. We asked them to fix a motion sensor that 3 other electricians could not fix. The others came, poked around, and either denied the job or offered outrageous prices. Andrew came out, clearly outlined the job, what he knew and what he needed to research. All at no cost. They were clear about what was required and walked me through the somewhat complicated process of getting the whole system to work correctly. They went above and beyond and got creative in how they solved the issue. We're so much happier and the driveway and walkway are much safer for our elderly family members who visit weekly. Great guys - I have used them for about 3 times. They fixed breakers, faulty wires and installed chandeliers. Prompt, polite, helpful. I moved to Westport with my family in 2009, and we purchased our first home with all of the unanticipated "surprises" that entails. I was entirely unsatisfied with the first several electricians who did work on our home. I decided to try Wilton Electric, and they exceeded my high standards and expectations. The co-owners (Robin and his wife) answer phone calls and schedule appointments from on the road. I found Wilton Electric employees to be professional, friendly, responsive, reliable, knowledgeable, and all at a reasonable price. This place was truly refreshing! The only place around that answered right away. Came within hours. Owen was awesome. He was personable, let me know what he was doing the whole way through and what was happening. Came with an apprentice so time was not an issue. Fixed everything no problem and in a very timely fashion. Can't ask for more.
