Rodney called me to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time! It definitely saved my day! Thanks a million for unlocking my car!

I questioned them and they of course deny and lie about taking anything. I get in touch with a body shop I want to fix and tow it and let the tow company owner know this 2 days prior and he says I went through your truck trying to find what pendant but didn't find it. fast foward two days later whenever the body shops tow guy geta there they lie and say owner wasnt there, so he couldn't get my truck. which he was and then they refused to let them tow my truck and kicked them off the property. I had to call the cops to the place to help get things some what sorted. they over charged outrageously saying it was $900 for towing my vehicle not even 2 miles from where I had wrecked and my vehicle being there 6 days. the cop told them that they over priced and they re write another invoice still over priced for $750. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE.The OWNER andALL of his EMPLoYEES are sketchy..

The guy at the front asked the specifics of my vehicle and gave me a small list of compatible vehicles and a map where they're located. He even circled the locations and gave me a water bottle! The list provided also mentions the color of the vehicle. The layout of the lot made it easy to find everything. Keep in mind that people are definitely pulling parts but it's still quite organized! I didn't find what I needed but I wouldn't hesitate to come back if I had something else in mind for my vehicle!

BEWARE OF THEIR SCAM BEFORE SPENDING YOUR VALUABLE TIME AND $$$$. They won't pick up the phone…read morebut instead all the recorded messages send you to their website to see what parts they have on hand. On their website you search by the make model and part name. It comes up that they have the part (in my case a rear bumper and step bars). So I rush down on my first day off and walk in. The lady pulls up the vehicle in their system, gives me a quote for the part I want. Satisfied with the cost I paid my entry fee ( mandatory to walk out on the yard). I go and load up all my tools and make my way out to the vehicle that I was interested in and it was stripped already of all the parts I was interested in. So the scam is, they lead you to believe they have the part with their "fancy" website with lookups for parts, then charge you an mandatory entry fee to find out they don't have what they claimed to have. Why can't businesses just be honest with people these days?

I almost was allowed to buy a Jeep with a scary open recall on it. Found this out AFTER test driving it and almost buying it. Turns out the recall was so severe that the Jeep should not have even been on the lot in the first place. I did buy a CPO Jeep Grand Cherokee from them not even 3 weeks ago and it's already lurching forward. I've brought it to the scheduled appt and they are saying this is normal behavior. There's no way. This isn't my first jeep. Not to mention the car was dirty af when I went to bring it home after buying it. I had even asked it to be detailed and washed. Then once they did it was the sloppiest job. I just feel like so many at this location are trying to get out of doing their jobs. The ONLY shining light was our car salesperson. Noah was phenomenal! Well informed, helpful, honest but kind. Just wish I felt more confident in the business transactions I did here. That I wasn't double checking everything they've done.

I met a great saleswoman and even spoke to a former colleague I hadn't seen in a few years. I was prepared to sign and drive. When they showed me the new cars, however, the sticker price had been bumped up $4k to $6k each. I didn't understand why the dealer listed price out there online wasn't the same price at the dealership. (of course I know why but it's unethical.) I left and bought a two year old Explorer Limited elsewhere for $15k less than the new base models. I love it! I was told the Explorer I purchased had a recall, so I thought no problem, I'll take it to Palmetto because it's close to my house. I set the appointment over three weeks ago. Palmetto confirmed it via email. NOBODY CALLED TO SAY THE RECALL COULD TAKE A WEEK TO FIX AND I'D NEED TO ARRANGE OTHER TRANSPORTATION. I run a local business and I'd definitely call a customer to clarify before they take time out of their busy schedule to show up to the appointment only to be told this. Get it together, Palmetto.
