The service manager told me to bring my vehicle in and was seen right away. Great customer service and professionalism among the staff and technicians. As far as their sales department, I walked across to test drive a vehicle and speak briefly with their sales folks and manager. Typical sales department, getting down in the trenches and negotiating. I worked with Chris, exceptional sales rep--wasn't trying to work me and very hands off, something you would expect from a higher end dealership such as: BMW, Lexus, Audi, etc. Overall, highly recommend this dealership.

I have been going to Reliable for many years without any problems. Always did good work...until…read morerecently. I had my vehicle in last Wednesday (7/15/26), for its inspection. When I scheduled the appointment on 7/10/26, I informed them that I thought the flex pipe on my exhaust was starting to fail, the girl at the desk said they would look at it. On the day of my inspection, I was told everything was fine..no problems. Fast forward to yesterday, 7/20/2026, I go outside to start my car up in the morning, and it was cooler. As I started it up, by the sound, there was definitely an exhaust leak, and it was, for sure, coming from the flex pipe. I called Reliable to schedule an appointment, and the same girl who was working the desk on my inspection day, answered. I explained that I just had my car there on 7/15/2026 for an inspection and that I had asked them to check the flex pipe and that I had been told everything was fine and they passed it, but now, a few days later, a failure of the flex pipe. The girl on the phone asked for my name and vehicle make and model. She quoted me $8,000 for a full exhaust replacement!!! Not $800, but $8,000, because, that's just what it costs now!! $8,000 for a 2021 Ford Ecosport. I get new exhausts for our Ford Transit 350 HD's at work for $1,700. Tell me you don't want to do the job, tell me you're too busy, but don't give me this line of BS!! The girl on the phone gave me the phone number for another company and told me to call them to have the work done. ​

I took my car in for a cracked oil filter housing, no check engine light, it was running fine…read moreotherwise. Brought my own part because it was half the price of buying it through them. They called and told me I bought the wrong part. I told them I used the VIN to make sure I had the right part and they still said it didn't fit. When I picked it up they then said it was just a sensor that didn't fit, but they didn't give me the sensor I had purchased back. I didn't care at the time, it came with the part so I couldn't return just the sensor anyhow. I picked the car up after hours and as soon as I started it I noticed it wasn't idling right. I took it back, and it cost me another $124 to replace a spark plug due to a misfire. They tried to sell me a $400 tune up. My car didn't have a misfire when I dropped it off. I definitely feel like I was taken advantage of. What are the odds that it would randomly develop a misfire while they had it?

My apple play stopped working and electronic control of my side view mirror. my door has been severely rattling. that was the last straw when they fed me bs that sometimes screws get loose in there for holding the windows, when they could have easily slid something inside through the slot in the window. I have been driving a variety of cars for around 7 years most older, no one ik has ever had this issue. Idky i ever went back. I only give two stars for some staff is nice, and the spare car they give is nice. every single one of these issues is around 100 each at least. LADIES DONT GO

I called to set up an appointment around 2pm and was told by JR (body shop manager) that he could take me the very next day! I was so shocked and happy. I brought my car in the next morning. JR and the rest of the staff were very kind as I had no clue what I was really doing. JR called me when it was finished and even called the insurance company on my behalf to complete payment while I was attending class. When I picked up my car, it looked amazing. They washed it too - which was a nice bonus because even my own dealership won't do that unless I specifically ask! I was extremely thrilled with JR's service and the entire experience with Blaise.
