We have used Rayzor's edge on three occasions over the past four years and the owner Ray is an expert at the work that he performs when pruning a tree. I just happened to be home the entire time that Ray pruned my entire tree. It's hard to imagine that someone that is that high up and had to prune three separate sections of the tree, that has three trunks, can actually keep everything lined up so that when the work is complete the tree still looks symmetrical after 10 feet has been removed from the height of the tree. I had another tree service perform this same task on one of my smaller trees in the back and it ended up looking like a hatchet job. Ray also has a complete staff to assist him, the team is efficient and they leave your property clean and neat. Ray is easy to deal with and knowledgeable and they also perform cabling services and they did an excellent job doing that on this tree a few years back. I highly recommend you use Ray. Ray and Rayzors edge did an amazing job carefully removing 4 giant trees in my backyard. They were very large and in a somewhat complicated terrain surrounding a pool and they were all removed with no issues. Ray worked quickly but with great care and his price was very fair!! A big ole tree fell in my daughter's yard yesterday. Luckily no one got hurt. Shook me up a bit, tho, as we had that yard filled with little kids for my granddaughter's birthday just 2 days before. Called a neighbor, asked for a referral, since they had a bunch of trees cut recently. Best call I ever made. He hooked me up with Ray. I called him yesterday afternoon, left a VM, he returned my call in minutes, even tho he was out of town. Told him my concern that the rest of this tree and others had to come down ASAP before anyone gets hurt. Ray told me he'd call me this morning, he looked at the job, gave me a verbal quote, said he'd try to reschedule some non urgent jobs to help me out. Within an an hour or so he was at the house with his crew with an amazing number of trucks and 4 of his staff. We are totally impressed with Ray's promptness, his concern to help me quickly, with his very state of the art equipment, and his reasonable price. He also kept my daughter and the kids thoroughly entertained watching these awesome guys in action. She kept sending me videos at work and I was afraid I wouldn't get to watch them in action.
