After 5.5 hours and $350 + tip, my gray hairs in the front were still completely visible--the main reason I came in. When I brought it up, I was told I should have specifically asked for gray coverage, which should be part of a basic consultation or at minimum asking the client if this is something they want. I also had uneven, patchy highlights. I returned the next day for a fix, requested a different stylist, and was denied. They said the same person could fix it all they needed to do was tone it down a bit, and cover the greys The "correction" resulted in my hair being taken darker overall, with the highlights essentially gone. I paid for highlights and left with dark hair. They told me eventually it should lighten down but I'm not seeing any improvement it's still really dark. To make matters worse I also left with visible dye on my forehead something I wouldn't expect after paying this price at a salon. Very disappointing experience and not one I would recommend I honestly wanted to cry. I really would have expected a partial refund or a proper correction by a more experienced stylist.

What great customer service here at Razor Palace. I feel like family when I come here. Everyone is amazing. Nicole is amazing. King does incredible work on my son. Dani does amazing work on my other son.I was skeptical to high light my hair again since I had a really bad experience somewhere else. Had a consolation explained what I wanted and didn't want. She new exactly what I wanted and needed. So I decided to go with Dani...Dani was awesome, walked me through the whole process as she was going. At the end she even suggested what to use to take care of my hair after. Wow I've never experienced that from all the salons I've been to. She did exactly what I was hoping. Loved the color and cut. I seen this place driving by and decided to tell my boyfriend about it. He came here and met with King the barber, and absolutely loved his work! This shop is like no other in the entire LA! Additionally, as the years have gone by, I have suffered from decreased mobility and have had to use a walker. Recently, Matt has been helping me navigate between my car and his unit within the salon. Today, he even set up my walker and escorted me to and from his private unit ending the visit by folding up my walker and actually helping me into the car, I highly recommend Matt's barbering skills and attention to detail when he is working on me but it is his attention to me - a rare kindness one does not usually see these days - that is most impressive.
