I know that this is a little bit late; however, this is what I have to say: Wow! I tell you what, Wow! I was here at this establishment getting my haircut before I went to celebrate my girl's birthday in Beverly Hills. I was fortunate enough to book an appointment with Doc. I asked him for a James Bond haircut a 'la Daniel Craig and boy was I impressed. I heard about Doc from my roommate who is his favorite client, and Doc was the friendliest, most professional and humorous barber that I ever worked with. No wonder why my roommate swears by him. I am literally, and I mean Literally, trying to find a flaw to point out from this place. However, it was hard the first time, and the second time was twice as hard to find a flaw. At the end of it all, Doc did an amazing job. It is very likely that I will return for future haircuts when I have money to spare. read more

I called Thursday evening to schedule an appointment for 9 AM. I get there for my appointment and there's already two people in front of me for a haircut. The owner looks at me, no smile, no greeting, no welcome in, nothing. I tell him I have an appointment for 9 AM. He told me he doesn't have a 9 AM scheduled. He was very snappy and rude while we were trying to get to the bottom of my scheduled appointment. Extremely poor customer service, very disorganized establishment, and a complete waste of time. I don't trust people cutting my hair who operate a business this way and you shouldn't too. read more

Doc and Keenan and are great dudes! I always enjoy friendly conversation, getting a haircut and getting to watch the game at the shop. Great barbers...really talented barbers who take pride in their work. But the loud and abrasive vibe that you have no choice but to undergo here is severely annoying. I end up driving far to go another more civilized barbershop for peace of quiet while getting my haircut when i'm not up for the screaming matches here. We dont have to be a stereotype 24/7. As a woman it is difficult to find a barber that understands adding feminine angles to a faded cut but Doc and the other barber's at DK's can literally cut anyone. In the five years I have been committed to coming here I have seen them cut men, women, and children of all ages and ethnicities. It is a true barber shop with great life conversations and a staff of wonderful men and women. I wouldn't get my hair cut any other place. Just left Dk's Doc cut my hair. He gets there around 9 every morning which was perfect for me and my early start. I got there at 10 & was out in 40 min so I'd have to say Doc is great in time management. He cut my hair very good I didn't even have to tell him much of what I wanted my cut to look like as he just looked at my grown out hair & knew what style I wanted it to be in. He lined it up Perfectly(capital P)!!!! & he went over it after with a straight razor for the perfect pristine look! He makes very good conversation & makes you feel very comfortable as well which is a cool plus when going to see a barber for me. I'd have to say his price of $25 is somewhat high for me but it is worth it. read more

I love these guys! Keenan does an amazing job at doing my sons, and my brother hair. My kid is 4 and sits while Keenan does his hair every time. I like to make an apt before we come in. They always make time for us. I like the atmosphere and the shop is clean. You really feel like long time friends when you walk in. We joke together. We talk together. I had been cutting my own hair for well over a decade. In my line of work, a simple size 0A or 1 buzzcut is all I need. My Oster 76 Classic clippers finally went out on me so I kinda just let my hair grow out for about a month. Then I came across DK's Barber and decided I'd go get a barber cut for the first time in ages. I sat in Rah's chair and he took good care of me. I just wanted a simple fade for a little change of pace. He did a great job and was a cool guy to talk with while he handled my hair. That was a few months ago. I ended out getting a new Oster 76 and buzzing it myself for the past few months, but about a month ago, I decided to start letting it grow out a little so I could go get another fade. Just got back in and I'm very pleased. Rah had me in and out in about 30 minutes, looking fresh. I may not hit the barber shop often, but I'll be sure to keep coming back to my man Rah any time I need to look a little extra sharp. read more
