For 20 years, every place I've been to in the RGV, the barber wants to used clippers and zip up the sides. Jacob knows how to use clippers, but he took his time and did the job with scissors, and I love the results. The Upper Room Barbershop is located on the south side of the little strip mall on the corner of North 23rd and W.
