My mom and I went in for pedicures and she also got a shellac manicure. My shellac pedicure was…read moredone okay- the toenail shaping is atrocious and my cuticles weren't touched. However, both the manicure and pedicure that my mom had done were absolutely not well done. The shellac manicure peeled off in a day and the pedicure polish had smudged and basically fell off the nails within an hour of leaving... and my mom wore flip flops the entire day to ensure they dried properly. Besides the terrible execution of the services, the response from the owner Jessica has been ridiculous. She told my mom to go out and buy her own shellac and refunded $35 out of the $85 spent (not including tip). Her excuse was that they offered to redo the services... but when your nail tech puts cuticle oil on BEFORE shellac... that's a sure sign to run out the door. We should have. I absolutely recommend you do not waste your time at this gaudy little hometown spa.
