store has good products at high prices but what I am reviewing is the dog washes. worst experience…read moreever. you couldn't temper the water, the nozzles were not adjustable, no conditioner, the mat on the ramp was broken and my dog fell of twice, aprons were a joke, also I called to make sure two rooms would be ready but they didn't listen so we had to wait for some one to clean one. why won't the clean them when the customer left instead of cleaning it when it's needed. there were 4 people working so it could have been ready. never going back.

The grooming department in this PETCO in North Little Rock, AR is terrible. Kristen Westmoreland, a…read moregroomer there, tried to overcharge me BEFORE grooming my dog (who's groomed every 30-45 days). When I refused to agree to the over charge, and asked for my dog back, BEFORE he was ever groomed, she blocked the door and demanded I gave her the sheet with the overcharges on it. I refused to return the sheet of paper (she could've easily printed another one) mainly because I was going to email it to PETCO corporate and file a complaint. If she was over charging me, I was pretty sure she has done it before, and I told her that. She comes from behind the counter and blocked the door to prevent me from exiting without returning the sheet of paper. When I tried to squeeze through the door to leave, she shouldered me, as if she was attempting to initiate a physical altercation. IT WAS CRAZY. I didn't get my dog groomed. I didn't owe anyone anything. I simply wanted to leave and report the incident to PETCO corporate. I physically had to push and squeeze my way past her to get myself and my dog out of the store. I've never had anything so terrifying happen in my life. I called the police and am following through with my complaint with Petco corporate. NO ONE should have an experience like this. It was terrible.
